From twelve weeks pregnant through six weeks postpartum, with up to forty days of after-care held; from the East Coast to the West Coast; whether choosing birth at a hospital, free-standing birth center, or home; through spontaneous labor and scheduled birth; I walk intimately alongside mothers, encourage fathers, inspire grands, and nurture us with empathetic care.

Birth Continuum Guidance includes:

  • unlimited text, email & audio messaging

  • monthly doula prenatal appointments

  • midwife & doctor visit accompaniment
